attentive staff quick response helpful guidance 24 7 service

i found the staff to be very attentive. they were always quick to respond to any requests i had (even late at night). ms. divya helped me book my tours, and i appreciated her guidance. the room service was available 24/7.

i occasionally experienced delays with the lifts, especially during peak hours.

the hotel features multiple bars and clubs on site. i noticed a fitness center equipped with treadmills and stationary bikes, open to guests. the location is near shops and markets.

The reception staff was very helpful. The housekeeping team kept my Skyline Premium Room super clean. The location is quite convenient. Everything is nearby. I appreciated how polite and helpful the staff was throughout my stay.

The elevators were often busy, especially during peak hours.

The breakfast buffet featured a wide variety of options (especially the fresh fruit). I saw several chefs who made sure to keep everything stocked. There were many staff who promptly cleared tables and offered assistance.

The staff welcomed me warmly. I received a complimentary fruit plate. The breakfast was amazing with a variety of fresh options. The fitness center is well-equipped.

The windows were not very clean, somewhat affecting the view.
