i found the staff to be very attentive. they were always quick to respond to any requests i had (even late at night). ms. divya helped me book my tours, and i appreciated her guidance. the room service was available 24/7.

i occasionally experienced delays with the lifts, especially during peak hours.

The reception staff was very helpful. The housekeeping team kept my Skyline Premium Room super clean. The location is quite convenient. Everything is nearby. I appreciated how polite and helpful the staff was throughout my stay.

The elevators were often busy, especially during peak hours.
